Simply throw the flakes in a pan for a few minutes to release an aromatic scent that will transform your smoothie game. Use coconut milk to enhance the shake's creamy, coconut-y flavor.

Ingredients

1/4 cup unsweetened Coconut Flakes 1 cup unsweetened Coconut Milk 1 cup ice 1 sachet of PROVITA Shape in Shake


Preparation

  1. Place coconut in a small saucepan over medium. Toast, stirring often, until flakes are fragrant and golden, 1-2 minutes.

  2. Combine all ingredients, including toasted coconut flakes, in a blender and mix until smooth.
