PCOS30 Snack Recipe
This PROTEIN Mug Cake has all of the benefits of eating real food minus all the junk in it.
It’s great for snacking because it tastes like cake, but unlike a traditional cake, it’s full of good stuff like protein and healthy fats.
It’s guilt-free and will help you stick to your healthy eating goals.
Ingredients
1 banana
1 egg
1 tbsp. of Provita Shape in Shake
1 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp. PCOS30 Dark Chocolate , Chopped
Instructions
The banana should be mashed.
In a large mug, combine all of the ingredients.
Microwave on high power for 1-2 minutes.
You will be surprised to find out how good this protein powder mug cake tastes!
This cake is delicious right out of the mug. Mix, heat, and enjoy.
It doesn't get any simpler than that.
