How to make truffles with your own hands:

Ingredients

3 tbsp. PCOS30 Organic Chia Seeds

4 tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

¼ tsp. Salt

¾ cup Finely Chopped Raw Walnuts (or mixed nuts)

1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (optional)

½ cup PCOS30 Rolled Oats

½ cup Water

1 scoop Shape in Shake (as protein powder)

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cocoa powder, rolled oats, water, salt, chia seeds, and walnuts until well combined. Stir in the Shape in Shake (protein powder) until thoroughly combined (mixture will be firm).

  2. If the mixture appears too wet, add a bit more protein powder or rolled oats until it forms a dough. If the ingredients appear too dry, add extra water, one tablespoon at a time, until the mixture comes together as dough.

  3. Scoop the mixture into your hands and roll into balls.

  4. To make them a little nicer, roll them in coconut flakes or cocoa powder. Refrigerate the balls in an airtight container.

  5. Remove from the refrigerator and serve!

Tip

A box of these beauties is an excellent gift, especially for fitness and health foodie friends.

Enjoy these truffles on the go, for breakfast, or as a late night snack!

These look fun to make and eat!
