Is your breakfast cold? No way!
I didn't enjoy how cold it was the first time I had it.
I find not liking meals to be a personal challenge, therefore if I don't like something, I'll look for ways to prepare it so that I do. It's something I focus on with my PCOS30 Coaching clients, and I like to set a good example.
I used mixed berries and almonds to make this recipe more appealing, but you may use whatever you like.
You only need a few ingredients to make this recipe.
Ingredients
1½ cups Coconut Milk
¾ cup PCOS30 Rolled Oats
3 tbsp. PCOS30 Organinc Chia Seeds
1 tbsp. PCOS30 Shape in Shake
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp. Almonds
2 cups Mixed Berries
Method
In a large jar or bowl with a cover, combine coconut milk, chia seeds, rolled oats, shape in shake, vanilla extract, and almonds.
Refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours (or overnight) before adding the berries right before serving. You can add more coconut milk if desired.
Your breakfast is ready! Enjoy cold!
Waking up to breakfast that has already been prepared is an excellent way to begin the day.
