Here’s what you’ll need to make them.
Ingredients
2 sachets of Shape in Shake
1/2 cup of PCOS30 Rolled Oats
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 cup Coconut Milk
2 tsp. PCOS30 Cinnamon Powder
1 Medium Egg
1 tsp. Coconut Oil
2 Apples - diced
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
How to make healthy apple pancakes.
Method
Combine together the baking powder, shape in shake, and rolled oats, coconut milk in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Allow the batter to rest for 5-10 minutes, giving the oats time to absorb liquid and thicken.
Whisk the egg with the vanilla and coconut oil and gently mix in to a batter.
Add a little coconut oil to a frying pan and then gently cook the apple for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Mix the cooked apple and cinnamon in to the batter mix.
Heat coconut oil in a large frying pan and add spoonful of the mixture in to make the pancakes to your desired size. Cook for 3 mins each side.
Add toppings of your choice (make sure it's PCOS Approved) and enjoy!
